Euphorbia marginata This annual euphorbia is a blinding attention-getter when summer's sun reflects off its shining drifts of crystalline foliage. Leaves on the upper portion of the plant have a central grey-green vein seeping into the snowy white giving the 2-3 foot plants a spectacular, iced look.
